We have been asked several times about the maximum number of docks that can be put on our property. A developer that did not have
a contract with us in 2004 had a dock study done. We do have a copy of this. At that point in time the
study showed 136 slips. With a additional 30 jet ski slips attached to the 1st slip fingers closest to the sea wall. In this drawing the docks are 250
feet long.
Currently the maximum size of docks is 350 feet

It is our understanding that Ameren is now doing dock permits more or less on a individual basis. With the way our property lines run
and lack of exact location of where Watson Hollow a cove and the Grand Glaze arm of the lake turn from one to the other... it could be a debate where our
property lines exactly extend into the lake, if we are actually located within the boundary of the Glaze Arm or the entrance to Watson Hollow.
With the Towers of Park View Bay being our neighbors and they being in a narrower part of Watson Hollow and their docks being permitted to go 1/3 across
the channel, it would make little sense IMHO [in my humble opinion] to limit new dock permits on our property to a 250 foot limit. 350 foot would still
end up making the Towers docks further out into the lake than ours would be. With the channel being wider at our property....
